E-ZLIFT Troughing-Roller Utility Conveyors are medium duty conveyors designed for loose and packaged materials at inclines up to 30 degrees. The conveyor's idler roller bed provides minimal resistance, long life, and is ideal for continuous duty applications and processes.
Typical Uses Include: Sand, gravel, cement mixes, bricks, crushed products, chemical products, grains, packaged products, and sorting processes.

- 2" diameter steel idler rollers on 30" centers at 15 degree angle, precision bearings
- 7/8" O.D. high strength steel tubing for 12' & 16' models, 1-1/4" O.D. on 21' through 36' models
- 15" frame height
- Approximate 140 FPM belt speed
- Conveyor belt take-up adjustments
- Self cleaning drive and idler belt pulleys
